'APPLE v NICE PEAR'
After Shed launched the iNotepad™ under his brand Nice Pear™, he then applied for trademarks to protect these these terms. APPLE Inc, California (yes, Steve Job's Apple Inc!) then filed objections to Shed's trademark applications for both the name 'iNotepad' and the 'Nice Pear' name and logo too... In a curious move, Apple waited until the very last day possible to contest the Nice Pear™ logo and is now taking action against Shed... Watch this space for more news of the David v Goliath battle...
You can see the first letters of objection from Apple below... Perhaps it was Shed's spoof Apple video that enraged Steve Jobs...or even the fact that Shed changed his name to HANS JOBS...
