*POTATO SLICER CHALLENGE*

I'm looking to create some fully functional prototypes for a new potato slicer that will slice a whole potato into slices of a pre-determined thickness (2mm to 4mm).

The aim is to create a slicer that will slice the whole potato in one go, with one action from the user - unlike chopping the potato by hand or using a mandolin slicer.
